The total property value is divided into equal shares. Minimum investment set per opportunity. Each share represents a proportionate ownership stake.

Investors Commit
Qualified investors commit their shares. Capital held in escrow until the pool is complete. Full transparency on all co-investors and structure.

Asset Acquired
Once fully subscribed, the property is acquired. Each investor receives legal documentation of their ownership share. Orvane Atlas manages the asset.
